Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Cube Entegre desktop application ("Application") and the cubeentegre.com website provided by Cube Ajans Yazılım Hizmetleri ("Cube"). By installing or using the Application, you accept these terms. For online purchases, the distance sales agreement, and for personal data, the privacy policy and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) clarification text also apply.
License
The Application is provided under a non-transferable and non-exclusive right of use for your own business within the scope and duration of the purchased license (marketplaces, additional modules, number of computers). Copying the application, decompiling its source code, bypassing license verification, or leasing/renting it to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and license key. All actions performed through your account are your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify us immediately.
Connected services (marketplaces, e-commerce, accounting, Google)
The Application connects to third-party services such as marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, accounting software, shipping carriers, and Google services (Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Search Console) using your accounts and with your authorization. The use of these services is subject to their own terms (e.g., Google Terms of Service, Google Ads Policies). Actions performed on these accounts (pricing, inventory, products, campaigns, budget) are executed in the application with your approval and remain your responsibility. Advertising spend is billed directly by Google to your ad account; Cube does not manage or collect your advertising budget. Cube is not liable for service interruptions, policy changes, or restrictions imposed on your account by third-party services.
Prices and calculations
The application's pricing formulas, profit, and commission calculations are based on the values you enter and are for informational purposes only. You determine your own selling prices and advertising budgets.
Your data
Your application data is stored on your own computer; maintaining regular backups is your responsibility (the application includes daily automatic backups). Details regarding the processing of data are set out in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cube is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss; Cube's total liability is limited to the license fee paid by you for the applicable period.
Amendments and termination
Cube may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. In the event of a breach of the terms, the license may be suspended. When the license period expires, the application's management features are disabled; you retain full access to your data on your computer.
