Trendyol is one of Turkey's largest marketplaces. Cube Entegre works directly with Trendyol's official seller (Partner) API.

Trendyol commission and deductions are calculated automatically
The Trendyol sale price of each product is calculated with your custom formula: Trendyol commission and its VAT (KDV), volumetric weight (desi) shipping, service fee, packaging, and withholding tax (stopaj) are added to your purchase cost, preserving your target profit. This way, you know your net earnings on every Trendyol sale and never sell at a loss.

How does synchronization work?
Cube Entegre is a Windows desktop application; synchronization runs while the app is open (even if minimized to the system tray). The scheduler checks every minute and executes due tasks:
- Stock and prices are synced to Trendyol at your chosen intervals.
- When a new order arrives, product stock is deducted and sent to all marketplaces and websites carrying the item in the same cycle; it is added back upon cancellations and returns.
- Each order line is processed once: even if the same order is received again or the application restarts, stock is never deducted twice.
- Updates are not performed while your computer or the application is turned off; once the application is opened, new orders are retrieved and stock levels are synced.
What happens to your existing products?
Your products on Trendyol are matched with your products in Cube Entegre by barcode or SKU; matched products are not recreated, and the same product is never duplicated. Matching does not automatically add new products: importing unmatched products into the app in bulk or publishing new products requires your approval. Past orders downloaded during initial connection are not deducted from stock.
How to connect Trendyol?
- Create your package. Select Trendyol on the Pricing page and complete payment; your license details will be sent to your email.
- Install the application. Install Cube Entegre on your Windows PC from the Download page and log in with your license.

How much does the Trendyol integration cost?
The Trendyol module is $60.42 per year. It is added on top of the base license; other marketplaces and modules are selected separately.
What information is required to connect Trendyol?
The Seller ID, API Key, and API Secret found under Account Information → Integration Information in the Trendyol seller center. You only enter this information once in Cube Entegre's Trendyol settings.
What happens to my existing Trendyol products?
You don't need to upload them from scratch. Your products on Trendyol are matched with your products in the app by barcode or SKU; you can bulk import unmatched ones into the application.
Are Trendyol commissions and deductions calculated automatically?
Yes. Trendyol commission (incl. VAT/KDV), shipping, service fee, packaging, and withholding tax (stopaj) are automatically calculated for each product; the sale price is determined to protect your target profit, and you can see the estimated net profit of each sale. Products sold at a loss are flagged with an alert. You only enter commission rates once per category.
How often are Trendyol stock and orders updated?
Automatically, at the intervals you set in the application; you can also update manually at any time. When a sale occurs on one channel, stock is automatically reduced across all other channels.
