The n11 sales price for each product is calculated using your custom formula: n11 commission and its KDV, shipping based on volumetric weight (desi), service fees, packaging, and withholding tax (stopaj) are added to your purchase cost, preserving your target profit. This way, you know your exact net profit on every n11 sale and never sell at a loss.

How does synchronization work?
Cube Entegre is a Windows desktop application; synchronization runs while the app is open (even if minimized to the system tray). The scheduler checks every minute and executes due tasks:
- Stock and prices are synchronized to n11 at your chosen intervals.
- When a new order arrives, product stock is deducted and sent to all marketplaces and websites carrying the item in the same cycle; it is added back upon cancellations and returns.
- Each order line is processed once: even if the same order is received again or the application restarts, stock is never deducted twice.
- Updates are not performed while your computer or the application is turned off; once the application is opened, new orders are retrieved and stock levels are synced.
What happens to your existing products?
Your products on n11 are matched with your products in Cube Entegre by barcode or SKU; matched products are not recreated, avoiding duplicates. Matching does not automatically add new products: importing unmatched products into the app in bulk or publishing new products is done only with your approval. Past orders downloaded during the initial connection are not deducted from stock.

The n11 module is $50.35 per year. It is added on top of the base license; other marketplaces and modules are selected separately.
What information is required for n11 connection?

What will happen to my existing n11 products?
You don't need to re-upload from scratch. Your products on n11 are matched with your products in the app by barcode or SKU; you can import any unmatched items into the app in bulk.
