How does synchronization work?
Cube Entegre is a Windows desktop application; synchronization runs while the app is open (even if minimized to the system tray). The scheduler checks every minute and executes due tasks:
- Stock and prices are synced to your CubeSoft store at your selected intervals.
- When a new order arrives, product stock is deducted and sent to all marketplaces and websites carrying the item in the same cycle; it is added back upon cancellations and returns.
- Each order line is processed once: even if the same order is received again or the application restarts, stock is never deducted twice.
- Updates are not performed while your computer or the application is turned off; once the application is opened, new orders are retrieved and stock levels are synced.
What happens to your existing products?
Products from your CubeSoft store are matched by barcode or SKU with your products in Cube Entegre; matched products are not duplicated, so no duplicate listings are created. Matching never creates new products automatically: importing unmatched items into the app in bulk or pushing new products to your store is entirely under your control. Past orders downloaded during initial setup are not deducted from stock.
How to connect CubeSoft?
- Create your package. Select the e-commerce store module for CubeSoft on the Pricing page and complete payment; your license details will be sent directly to your email.
- Install the application. Install Cube Entegre on your Windows PC from the Download page and log in with your license.
- Enter your API credentials. Enter the API keys of your CubeSoft store into the CubeSoft settings within Cube Entegre.
- Match and get started. Your products match; choose your pricing formula and sync interval, and let stock and orders flow seamlessly.

What credentials are required to connect CubeSoft?

What happens to my existing CubeSoft products?
You don't need to re-upload them. Your products on CubeSoft are matched with the app by barcode or SKU; any unmatched items can be imported into the app in bulk.
How often are CubeSoft stock and orders updated?
Automatically, at the intervals you set in the application; you can also update manually at any time. When a sale occurs on one channel, stock is automatically reduced across all other channels.
