Joom is a marketplace selling across Europe. Your variant stock and prices (converted by currency rate) are synchronized, items can be enabled or disabled for sale, and orders are fulfilled with tracking numbers.

The Joom sales price for each product is calculated using your custom formula: Joom commission and VAT, shipping based on dimensional weight (desi), service fees, packaging, and withholding tax are added to your purchase cost, preserving your target profit. This way, you know your exact net profit on Joom with every sale and never sell at a loss.

How does synchronization work?
Cube Entegre is a Windows desktop application; synchronization runs while the app is open (even if minimized to the system tray). The scheduler checks every minute and executes due tasks:
- Stock and prices are pushed to Joom at your chosen intervals.
- When a new order arrives, product stock is deducted and sent to all marketplaces and websites carrying the item in the same cycle; it is added back upon cancellations and returns.
- Each order line is processed once: even if the same order is received again or the application restarts, stock is never deducted twice.
- Updates are not performed while your computer or the application is turned off; once the application is opened, new orders are retrieved and stock levels are synced.
What happens to your existing products?
Your products on Joom are matched with your products in Cube Entegre by barcode or SKU; matched products are not recreated, and duplicate listings are avoided. Matching never adds new products automatically: importing unmatched products into the application in bulk or pushing new products requires your approval. Historical orders downloaded upon initial connection are not deducted from stock.
How to connect Joom?
- Build your package. Select Joom on the Pricing page and check out; your license details will be delivered to your email.
- Install the application. Install Cube Entegre on your Windows PC from the Download page and log in with your license.
- Enter API credentials. Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Redirect URI of the API app created in the Joom merchant panel, followed by store authorization via "Authorize" in the app, into Cube Entegre's Joom settings.
- Match and get started. Your products match; choose your pricing formula and sync interval, and let stock and orders flow seamlessly.

Joom commission (VAT included), shipping, service fees, packaging, and withholding tax (stopaj) are calculated automatically for each product; the sale price is determined to protect your target profit, and you can view the estimated net profit of every sale. Items sold at a loss are flagged with an alert. You only need to enter commission rates once per category.
How often are Joom stock and orders updated?
Automatically, at the intervals you set in the application; you can also update manually at any time. When a sale occurs on one channel, stock is automatically reduced across all other channels.
