What is Cube Entegre?
Cube Entegre is integration software that manages 27 marketplaces including Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, and n11 alongside e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, IdeaSoft, and Ticimax from a single Windows desktop application. It unifies products, inventory, pricing, orders, shipping, returns, customer inquiries, and invoicing under a single stock pool. Developed by Cube Ajans.
Is Cube Entegre cloud or desktop?
It is a desktop application for Windows. Your product and order data are stored on your own computer, communicating directly with marketplaces via official APIs. License verification is performed over the internet.
Why a desktop application instead of the cloud?
Because a desktop app is faster and more stable. Since your product, inventory, and order data are stored in a database on your own computer, catalogs with thousands of products, searches, filters, and bulk operations load instantly without waiting for a server response. The app communicates directly with marketplaces via official APIs without an intermediary server; the traffic, slowdowns, or outages of a shared cloud server won't interrupt your business. Even if your internet briefly drops, your data stays intact, and synchronization picks up right where it left off once reconnected. Because you own your data, automatic daily backups are also created. For synchronization to run, the app simply needs to be open (it can be minimized to the system tray).

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon Türkiye, n11, Temu, AliExpress, ÇiçekSepeti, PttAVM, Pazarama, ToptanTR, Modanisa, MediaMarkt, idefix, Teknosa, Koçtaş, Etsy, Beymen, and Ozon; on the e-commerce side, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, ikas, IdeaSoft, Ticimax, CubeSoft, and Cube Entegre E-Ticaret; our own bookkeeping module Cube Muhasebe; for accounting, Paraşüt, BizimHesap, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Nebim, and Canias; for e-Fatura, İzibiz, NES, and EDM; for marketing, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Search Console. If you don't have an online store, our ready-made e-commerce platform Cube Entegre E-Ticaret is also available. The list expands regularly.
Do you also offer turnkey e-commerce websites?
Yes. Cube Entegre E-Ticaret is a turnkey e-commerce store platform featuring a storefront, admin dashboard, iyzico / PayTR / bank POS payments, 6 shipping carriers, Paraşüt e-Fatura, a B2B dealer module, an AI sales assistant, and built-in SEO tools; with no product or XML limits, it runs on the exact same inventory as your marketplaces.
Ön muhasebe programı da var mı?
Evet. Cube Muhasebe, Cube Entegre'nin içinde çalışan ve sistemle tümleşik ön muhasebe modülüdür: pazaryeri ve site siparişleri seçtiğiniz durumda kendiliğinden satış faturasına döner, faturalar İzibiz, NES ya da EDM ile e-Fatura / e-Arşiv olarak kesilir, alış faturası girdiğinizde stok artar ve yeni stok tüm pazaryerlerine ve sitelere gider. Hayır. Bağlantıyı kurduğunuzda pazaryerindeki ürünleriniz barkod ya da stok koduyla uygulamadaki ürünlerinizle eşleştirilir; isterseniz pazaryerindeki ürünleri uygulamaya toplu olarak da alabilirsiniz.
Fiyatları nasıl belirliyor?
Fiyatı sizin belirlediğiniz formülle hesaplar: alış maliyeti, pazaryeri komisyonu ve KDV'si, stopaj, kargo, paketleme ve hedef kârınız. Dilediğiniz ürüne elle fiyat da girebilirsiniz.
Birden fazla bilgisayarda kullanabilir miyim?
Bir lisans aynı anda tek bilgisayarda çalışır. Başka bir bilgisayarda giriş yaparsanız uygulama sorar; onaylarsanız lisans o bilgisayara geçer ve önceki bilgisayardaki uygulama kapanır. Çalışanlarınız aynı ağdaki bilgisayarlardan ücretsiz personel istemcisiyle ana bilgisayara bağlanabilir.
Pazaryerindeki gerçek kârımı görebilir miyim?
Evet. Cube Entegre her satışın kârını fiyat formülünüzle tahmin eder; Trendyol ve Ozon'da ayrıca pazaryerinin hakediş kayıtlarını çekip tahmini kârla kalem kalem (komisyon, kargo, hizmet bedeli, stopaj, reklam) karşılaştırır ve gerçek net kârınızı gösterir. İndirime girmeden önce kampanya kâr simülatörüyle yeni kârınızı, stok tahminiyle ne zaman sipariş vermeniz gerektiğini görürsünüz.
Kurulumda destek veriyor musunuz?
Evet. Kurulum, pazaryeri bağlantıları ve kategori eşleştirmesi için ekibimiz yanınızda; uygulama içinden destek talebi açabilirsiniz.
Fiyat, ödeme ve lisans
How much does Cube Entegre cost?
There are no pre-set packages: add the marketplaces, e-commerce sites, and modules you use on top of the base license; the total is the sum of the annual prices of your selections. You can see up-to-date prices in the package builder on the Pricing page.
Is payment monthly or annual?
Payment is billed annually. Your license is valid for one year from the date payment is confirmed; if renewed before it expires, the new year starts from your existing expiration date.
How can I pay?
You pay by credit or debit card via PayTR's secure payment infrastructure. We never receive your card details.
When will my license be activated?
Instantly upon payment confirmation. Your license key, username, and password are generated automatically and sent to your e-mail address.
Can I add modules to my plan later?
Yes. Simply log in with your account on the purchase page to add new marketplaces, e-commerce sites, or modules; you only pay for the remaining duration of your license.
What happens when the license expires?
The application will not open until renewed; your data remains safely stored on your computer. Email reminders are sent as your renewal date approaches.
Kurulum ve kullanım
İnternet bağlantısı gerekiyor mu?
Evet. Pazaryerleriyle API üzerinden konuşmak ve lisansı doğrulamak için internet gerekir. Verileriniz bilgisayarınızda tutulduğu için bağlantı kısa süre kesildiğinde ürünleriniz ve siparişleriniz kaybolmaz.
Çalışanlarım aynı anda kullanabilir mi?

Tedarikçimin XML'iyle çalışır mı?
Evet. Tedarikçi XML akışınızı bağladığınızda yeni ürünler ile stok ve fiyat değişiklikleri seçtiğiniz aralıkla güncellenir; Excel ile de toplu içe ve dışa aktarabilirsiniz.
Fatura kesebilir miyim?
Muhasebe modülüyle siparişlerden Paraşüt'te müşteri carisi ve satış faturası oluşturulur; e-Fatura ve e-Arşiv otomatik gönderilir.
